Poor quality of Liberty Shoes product

Dear Sir,

I purchased a pair of Liberty shoes brand TIPTOPP, article no. ZYO7555, size 39 on dated 29 July from "Liberty Retail Revolution Ltd." Shop no 124/B/171 Ground Floor Govind Nagar Kanpur (UP), Showroom Contact No.(0512) 3062751 Within less than 4 Days of purchase, sole of my shoes has been unpasted. I contacted the above mentioned showroom but their responses are as below :

1.We will repair these shoes but we can not change it because this is not in our hand.

2.When we realised them that shoes condition is really very bad then they accepted that we will send this pair of shoes to main regional office, Luckonw and replace them in ASAP.

3.Again we started contact them after few days to know what type of action they had taken, then they refused to change my shoes and only willing to repair them.

And they are giving the reason that if you are purchasing any product in sale from our Liberty company showroom, we are not taking any gurantee of our Liberty product.

4.When I was asking that this is not written any where in Bill, the Guy who was talking to me told that you can contact to our Liberty Regional Marketing Manager "Mr. Rajan Kaul" Cont No. Because we can not entertain/help you in this issues.

I have a doubt that this pair of shoes is really "Liberty Brand" or this is a fake showroom.

So, Please help me out and please take a favourable action on this issue.

I will not appreciate this type of behaviour from showroom owner and from this type of branded company if they are not accepting that if any product sold in discount then the brand will not take gurantee of their product.
