I, USHA BAJAJ had purchased some merchandise from LIFE STYLE store in Malad W... INORBIT MALL. I reurned the product the next day in exchange of a credit note of RS 1790. Now to my surprise when went for my next purchase to LIFE STYLE and asked them to adjust the billing amount against the credit note and issue me the balance credit note with the same validity time, they refused to do so... Even after being their privileged client and requesting them for the same, they havent considered that saying that they had their own policies. When other stores have been following balance credit notes, why has not lifestyle.
