Traveller Bag, Defect in sofa, not Responding Deale

Dear Dealer Sir/Madam,

i have ordered 5 in 1Air Sofa on 26th Feb online cell no 919891407331 and i recieved the Air Safa on 27th through Courier person. for the delivery Survice, I am thankful for immediate response.

My Complaint Details is. In courier package the Traveller Bag is not included which is inluded in with Air Sofa.

My Second Camplaint is Defect in Air sofa. When i made a call to concern costomer, they didint pick up my call.

Here i would like to suggest Sir/Madam who are working with this company, Please train the Courier Survice person for knowleage about Product. give demo to the customer satisfaction.

Here i am hoping that you put my Camplaint on front page as a genuine. Waiting for response as soon as possible.
