Hello Sir

Myself Dhiraj R. Pal. I'm from virar (w) thane. I want to air my complaint over the delivery of LPG cylinder of BAHRAT GAS from KALAVATI GAS DISTRIBUTORS Bolinj Virar (w). The distributor always delay the supply of the gas, sometime we get the cylider when we personally go and get the cylinder. the worst thing is that they dont even pick up the phone, when u call. Today also we dont have gas cylinder for my household work.

I hope you look into this matter immediately and act on my complaint to avoid further discomfort. I may be forced to take legal action if you fail to respond to my letter soon.
