I wanted to book my gas refill on 26th dec 09 at one of your distributor naming Chirodeep at dumdum kolkata. But they refused to take booking saying that there should be a gap of clear 21 days between delivery date and booking date. They also mentioned that this is as per instruction of IOC/INDANE.I wanted your reconfirmation on the above matter. If it is so then please explain how a customer is supposed to manage 21 time gap between booking date and delivery date (minimum 30-35 days). But if it is not a rule formulated by IOC then please let me know what action you are going to take against this dealer who is harrasing your valued customer. I will wait 3 days for your reply an then move to consumer court. Thank you.
