Luminous ion sinewave inverter
Malfunctioning

Due to lightening suddenly the inverter alarm began to run continously on 10th Sept, midnight. Inverter was switched off immediately. On the next day, Usha Battery, Chewrapatty, Tinsukia, from whom the inverter was purchsed on 1st June, was contracted. As per their verbal request the inverter was handed over to the said shop today mornning i.e. 13.9.2011. At, 7-30 in the evenning, one Mr. Bapon Das, introduced himself to be the Company's Engineer returned the inverter and asked me to pay Rs.1200/ after repairing the same. Moreover, he kept the defective part with him and told me that if I want to keep that part with me, then I shall have to pay an additional amount of Rs.1200/. I paid him Rs.1200/and took the repaired inverter home. But, installing the inverter at my home, I have found that the inverter is not functioning well and a different type of continuous sound is comming from it. I therefore request you kindly to take some urgent measure to reddress this complaint so that I should not suffer more. Thanks.
