Not Responding, Product s very bad condition

Dear Sir/ Madam

i purchased Pooja table from RATHNA STORES (Renganathan Street) fan in 10th August ' 2011 but it was un conditioned in with in one week and i was handover the fan to rathna stores they not responding to my complint, still also i did nt got my fan so take action for this
