Luminous ups
UPS Not Working

Dear Sir / Mam

We have used Luminous ups but now it is not working properly. It is in warranty period. we have already complaint throgh telephone, no action taken by luminous company. UPS Serial no is BC6CL34076910-3708. Kindly take action and solve our problem.
