Not Refunding full talktime

Sir, I recharge my airtel prepaid with Rs.44.00 on RECHARGE SUCCESSFUL ON 07-01 at 07.51PM talk time Rs.37.89. MRP Rs.44.00Tranjection ID 1456267769, and RECHARGE SUCCESSFUL ON 13-01 at 02.04PM talk time Rs.37.89. MRP Rs.44.00Tranjection ID 147631009

But according to massages Rs.44 per FULL TALK TIME rest talk time Rs.6 will provide after 72 hrs later, after 72 hrs when I didn’t got talk time so I contacted customer care, they promised me to get it on 19/01.Till now I didn’t got it. Now I again recharged Rs.44.00 (RECHARGE SUCCESSFUL ON 23-01 at 09.48AM talk time Rs.37.89. MRP Rs.44.00Tranjection ID 920086554)

Sir I request you please refund my Rs.18.00 for three Tranjection. My airtel No.9867279372
