Extra charges on MRP

Respected Sir / Madam,

Greetings for the day!

Myself Mr. Parshuram Sadashiv Vengurlekar, staying at Datta Tekadi, Caves Road, Jogeashwari (E). I have a complaint regarding Mahananda milk MRP. There are some of shops selling 1 litter Mahananda milk package rupees 30/- which is not MRP (MRP: 28 /-, but they charge extra Rs.2 per litter) in my area. I asked about this extra charges they told us this is extra refrigeration charges. I think as per consumer low this is not acceptable & directly they breaking consumers law. Kindly take immediate action against this case.
