Cheating by staff through ATM

Sir, I purchased a shirt of Rs.1199/- from Mega Mart, Near Sapna Sangeeta, Indore on 16/10. I gave SBI ATM debit card to sales person Mr. RamKrishna Sain for payment. After feeding the ATM in machine he asked me to enter PIN, I entered, then he asked me that the amount Rs. 1199/- is not deducted from your account so again give me ATM card for payment. I asked him to confirm whether the amount is deducted or not, he replied that I am sure amount is not deducted from your account. Then again I gave him ATM cared and entered PIN, this time he told that amount Rs. 1199/- is deducted from your account. At the same time I received message from SBI that two times Rs. 1199/- (i.e. total 2398) is deducted from your account. When I confirmed from the bank and mini statement two deduction of Rs.1199/- was done for Mega mart. When I told him to return Rs.1199/- he irritated and told me that I can not help you, its not our fault, you go to your bank and complain. When I talked to Mr. Sandeep Joshi, Bhopal he also gave me irresponsible reply. Now I lost my 1199/- . The behaviour and attitude of Mr. Sain is highly objectionable and it is the responsibility of company to collect the amount from his salary. I do not know where is my amount? I request all of you please do not use ATM card in this mega mart.
