Cheating which led to disproportionment of Client's face

My mother, Mrs. Aruna Dhar, age 53 has been cheated by Citi Centre 1 branch of Kolkata branch staff -Sumona and Dr. Som. Aruna has been taking regular treatments from Kaya and on 24th Decshe was made to enrol for Meso Treatment by Sumona hiding the fact that this is a needle treatment on the face and needs a doctor's prior permission.

The day of her treatment when she found it to be a needle treatment - she refused and Sumona convinced her stating this is a very simple treatment and many people have enrolled for the same. She trusted the organisation-Kaya brand. Dr. Som who started the treatment even didn't raise an alarm and didn't even bother to realise that he doesn't have the authority to do this treatment without any doctor's wriiten permission on such a sensitive part of human part-THE FACE.

Their casual attitude and negligence led to my mother's face being suddenly disproportionate. Her face got swollen up and was not being to recognise her. It not only gave her mental anxiety but unncessary waste of time and energy and a brand like Kaya being proved as FRAUD cheating clients for the sake of money. The begining of New Year started for her running behind doctors for this shock of trusting a brand like Kaya Skin Clinic.

I WANT SUMONA AND DR.SOM TO BE SACKED ENSURING THEY ARE NOT HIRED ANYWHERE IN THE INDUSTRY. DR. SOM'S CERTIFICATE TO CANCELLED AS A DOCTOR.

WANT MONEY BACK OF ALL TREATMENTS ENROLLED FOR SINCE INCEPTION AND COMPENSATION OF 10LACS FOR MENTAL ANXIETY AND MENTAL HARRASSMENT FOR EARNING MONEY.
