Problem Of not getting service

Sir I am using your inverter since last three years but its really very bitter experiance of after sale service from the local dealer. Last fifteen days i am having problem with the said machine first of all it is not getting charged properly and secondly alarm is not getting switched off., since last two days we are in dark because as soon as we are switching on the inverter alarm gets on. Your dealers men is on the way since last four days but could not reach the destination (our Home).

Hence your personnel intervention is requested and hope to get an early reply otherwise i will be force to take matter in legal/media. This area is NAGDA JN. Distt. Ujjain (MadhyaPradesh).
