Overpricing at dealer end

From about 6 to 7 months, I notice that dealers across the board are charging Rs 0.5 to 1 extra than the printed price on a half liter pack of milk. Upon asking we're told that the major suppliers are not giving them their margins so they have to charge more.
Whatever the case be, we know that it is not right and they have no right to overcharge. Can something be done to prevent this daylight robbery?
