The mini sewing machine purchased/delivered to my address on 16th march and found not working on cotton clothes of trouser.

when I spoke to your CC (ms.sarita), advised me to return and would varify and resend.

Do you feel the very first hour of usage dis-satisfaction by the user/customer is acceptable.?

pls send your representative to pay back the amount in 07days as warranted by you in advertisement. OR else we may take some other product in adjustment.

see, I am a customer of value addition, dont take this as an unnecessary complaint. The representative was unable to give a solution and was forcing to appeal the product is fine.i agree it may be fine, but not stiching the cotton clothes of my requrement is of Nil valu for me. pls do it by 21st march and the time lapse is your look out. i have done my part on time.
