False Commitment

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above subject I would like to keep this matter infront of you that M/s Vikash Cement & Construction, Shukla Colony, Buddha Singh Road, Near Hinoo Old Petrol Pump, Hinoo, Ranchi-2 (Mob No 8051162827, 8002348019) have supplied me more that 30 packet of cement at that time he has Committed me to give entry coupon for surprise gift. Since very beginning I'm asking for the Coupon but day to day he is saying that Company has not yet supplied even he is not receiving my call now. It seems this is the case of mental harassment and false commitment with customers. This type of behavior may lose the brand image of reputed company.

Please look in this matter so that I may not move for other legal platform.
