Res. Sir/ Madam,

This has reference to "Boss Sleek" mobile which i bought from New Delhi through naaptol, When I receive the mobile the speaker was not working. After contacting Naaptol they told me to send the same to their Mumbai Office for Repair. However, Naaptol is not revert the mobile for one to Two months. As i am working in INDIAN ARMY, In the meantime I have traveled to South Africa on Deputation Job under Indian Army. I Informed the same to Naaptol for Change of the address and called from South Africa more than 50-60 time. Now I can not receive my Mobile at Delhi Address. So i given my Brothers Address which is located in Kalyan Near to Mumbai and his contact number, When we calling Naaptol They will say you will receive the same within this week. This exercise is going since last 4 months and they have not yet couriered.
