Wrong order delivery

I ordered for Orchids in a vase and a celebrations mini pack (850 195 = 1045) to be delivered on 31st December. ther order was not delivered on that day. i got an email telling it will be delivered the next day. It was not delieverd till Jan 2nd 530 PM. i logged in a complaint asking them to cancel my order. Within 1/2 an hour they delivered an ordinary bouquet and a nestles mini pack worth 70 RS. When i called up asking for the reason they say the recipient has accepted the order and they can do nothing about it. they are replying like not bothered types. I do not feel they are genuine, this i understood as the recipient was my dad. otherwise we would never know what they deliver. This site appears to be a fraud site... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE...
