Why reciept not given at delivery time

Sir

service is very burst of Onida company at patna service centre because there is no manner in member at this service center. I gave a dvd for repairing on 24 october but it did not repair upto december 25 and now it repair after my approach but i have not got my dvd till now due to misbehave of employee at this service center... incharge (Shashi Kumar) of this center also not taking good response. why?...what type of their service?

He do not want to give reciept for service. kindally help me.
