NON CO OPERATION / LACK OF SERVICE/LETHARGIC

All customers registered with Vaishnavi gas agency earlier have been shifted to navaneetham gas agency arbitrarily without the consent of the consumers. Navaneetha lakshmi gas agency instead of bring betterment in service started giving step motherly treatment for the consumers transfered from another agency.bookings are not taken over phone. they give a toll number and ask us to book gas through the toll number . further to booking the gas supply in the toll number, it gave a reference number. after a wait of 30 days, when we enquired why the gas hasnt been supplied yet, the officials in navaneetham say that we should have affixed VA to the reference number to indicate that we are customers of vaishnavi earlier and the gas booked by us has been supplied by them to navaneetham's clients having the same number.

They are totally non co operative. totally insensitive to our complaints. we are terribly let down . they have complicated the booking of gas beyond imagination.please do the needfull.
