Set not wroking

There was some software problem in the moble set form the day it was purchased. The set was got rectified from the company so many times during its free warranty period and keeping in view its frequent repair problems its warranty was got extended for another one year by paying Rs. 565/-. The set has been repair by the compnay again but it is givning us again the same problem. Please help us and give us a solution so that we may not be in quees again and again and the people are watchig that we are in trougble because of this NOKIA product. In fact we have not enjoyedwith this set rather wasted a lot of time. Please look into and advice.
