Nokia 6233
Malfunctioned piece

I bought a nokia 6233 mobile and within 20 days it started giving me problems of booting and re-booting and when i went to the nokia customer care center they just used to update the software and hand it over to me which was within the guarantee period... but the problem persisted again and again. The same story was repeated when i went to the center. I asked for a replacement but of no avail. Instead they put their hands up and in a very nice manner blaming me. Very bad costumer service. They just sit there to fool costumers. This is what i and many of my friends have experienced. They have no sense of business promotion. I advice people never go for nokia pieces.
