Defective accessiories

Respected sir,

On 24/12, I buyed a full housing change model of nokia N95, from NOKIA CARE CENTER c 33/2-c (opp. Bharat Mata Mandir), chandua, sigra, varanasi Ph-0542-3298036.I dont live in varanasi but i buyed the accesiories from there. After returning to SATNA (MP), i found that the model was not at all running properly and it even damaged my original model. There was a defective accesiories given by that nokia custumer care. After telling my mistake several times to them they did not took any action about that. That is why i am conveying it to you so that i can get a new body of it or I can get my money back. I hope you will definately pay attention to my request. I am waiting for your rsepose.
