Nokia c5 not operating

Hi,

this is vishal khairnar i buy new handset 24.2.2011 date which is nokia c5 . price 7250

but handset giving giving too much restart problem and some times auto switch off i given my handset to nokia care center 5 times but they not solve my problem and they behave rudy and when i speak them that i will give your complaint to consumer care they said: go a head".

my handset is in one year
