Phone misplaced by service centre

I bought a Nokia N8-00 in October. My screen was damaged by my ring. Few days later my phone totally stopped working. So I gave it to a Nokia service centre at Mulund (west) near Rly. Station on june 6th. Later that day, they called called me to say the estimated cost was around Rs.8500. So i went to get my phone back since I could not afford the expenses at that time. I am not trying to get my screen fixed but atleast get my phone started but they wont help me. I even have a warranty.
