From 4 monts the phone is with Nokia people

From 4 months the phone is with Nokia people, I have first submitted my phone to nokia care on november after that they will send the phone to head office and its comes back as it is after 15 days then again i have submitted and it was going on like this for 1 month after that they started giving replacement I got 5 replacemt phone which was having some other issue so ihve to submit on other day in nokia care and I dont know how the replacement phone is having issue, I thing they are assembling with phones with junk materials and they are giving it as replacement.

pls help me If any one knows to whom I shoud contact to get back my money or to get my phone pls let me know..
