I have given my Nokia mobile (Nokia X3) for service in warranty period .. Matter of fact its been having so much of problem with my mobile which i bot from worlds No.1 mobile selling company. Fine it happens in electronic devices, so went to Nokia care (Anna Nagar Branch - Chennai). They said ill contact me in few days or may be max in a week. I waited patiently for 3 weeks neither they called or responded to my call .. the no's in job sheet just for name sake, 04442611221 - This number no one picks up .. & 04442613535 - this no they disconnect our call as uf they r so busy n v dont hav any work .. then i visited again to nokia care they coolly responded my mob is still in head office some wher n it ill be back in another week .. Its been 1 month & still no response .. V use mob for emergency, can someone be without using a mob for 1 month in this generation?? Just horrible service & decided not to buy Nokia products in future .. ill also suggest ma fri's circle not to do sooooo
