Phone getting hanged and switched off automatically

I have purchased Nokia E5-00 on 10/10/10 and since that day i am facing problem that handset gets hanged lot of time and restarts automatically. Last time on 24/11/10 it got dead and did not even restart. I took to Nokia Care at Vile Parle West where they formatted the handset and returned back my handset. But the problem persisted. Now again today it got hanged and then went dead. I have again given it to Nokia Care. They say they will send it to their Main Centre and diagonise if it is repairable. I am not satisfied with this and what is guarantee that after repairs again it will not behave same way??? I want my handset to be replaced.
