Not replace my nokia mobile

Dear sir,

my job sheet no 529504867/110613/52

NCC NO; 529_504867

my mobile is working for two to four hours. some times it close i have to restart it. some time it automatic restart. it is in warranty period.when i visited HERRY COMMUNICATION MILLENIUM PLAZA, MANSI TOWER AHEMEDABAD who is your nokia care centre, they ask me to pay rs.1500/- even though it is coming in warranty, as nokia professional repairing charge, sir, at preasent this mobile market value is below what they ask repair charge. They informed me it is liquid damage fault, but if it is liquid damage mobile should not start at all. I doubt regarding their servies. I request you kindly take this matter serious and priority to avoid any action. And replace me intrument as it is in warrenty period.
