Technical flaw in the set

I have purchased a N-97 Nokia hand set from CROMA, Aundh in August. Since I purchased, It has problems like 1) Hangs 2) Restartarts randomly 3) Camera not working. Related to all three problems handset was givent to repair at Nokia care centre & every time set started working ok for few days & again problem reappeared. Now also fourth time I am facing problem that the set restarts randomly.
