Nokia x3-02
Bad hand Set

I purchased Nokia x3-02 in April. its been only 2 month and the mobile touch pad stopped working. And as it requires touch to unlock I cant use it. I went to service center and asked them for replacement as its only 2 month old and paid Rs 7500 for that hand set so I need new hand set to be replaced.

These people are useless as they told me we can only replace the touch pad that too it may take 1 week or more.

I told him I need replacement of that hand set as it is hardly used, no help received.

2nd day Aditya sharma from customer care called me regarding the same and told me same story as it has been told by Nokia care center that they will replace the touch pad. when I told him I will go to consumer court he was not listening to me and was bluffing about the process.

I have really bad experience and now I am going to file consumer complaint against Nokia. The service is pathetic and the product is too bad to use.
