I had placed online order with snapdeal.com for four products out of which I have received two products. Since then two weeks have passed, I have not received the remaining two products. I have written several e-mails and reminders to snapdeal.com but their stereotype answer is to bear with them. I had made payment by credit card to snapdeal.com for which I have received the credit card bill and made the payment to the bank also. It seems they are trying to avoid delivery of the product. Please let me know what is the alternative - Lalwani
