Reference to the above product which was purchased from KESHAV AIRCON

SHOPEE with INVOICE No.3095 Dated 21/03 Address D-478, Palam

Extension, Sector-7, Dwarka, New Delhi -110075.

This to put on record that the product was purchased by paying Cash

Rs.26, 850 /- The cost included Product Cost Stabilizer Cost

Installation Cost Cartage Cost.

Now the problem is the product is making noise more then the water

cooler. After repeated request to the shop owner, has earned me

nothing but just an harassment as a customer / consumer.

The shop owner had sent few people who say there is No problem with

the fitting / installation.

The problem can be with the product, for which we should speak to the O GENERAL.

At the time of purchase Mr. Narender from Keshav Aircon Shopee had

taken more a guarantee for any type of problem or services but same

was before paying the amount for the product. Now he says it’s not his

responsibility as it’s a company problem and he doesn’t make the

product.

As I have bought the costliest product of the kind, never knowing I am

purchasing problem and harassment with this.

Kindly look into this matter and resolves my problem.

Reference to the above complaint which i had sent to the mail address given on the product catlog given at the time of product purchase. the two mail address are :-tn@etageneral.com, del@etageneral.com on 11th June but no response has come till date further to the mail below, no one till date has come for any type of AC services, the shop owner call up and promise to send the person for service wich till Date no one has turned up.

Request this institution to please look into my grievances and solve the long pending complaint.
