Deficiency in the Serivices of Courie

Dear,

I, Ajay R Maurya wanted to register the complaint against the Overnight Express Ltd for the Non Delivery of my parcel

My Parcel has been delivered on 30/10/10 by Bill No.0457888995 through the Overnight Express Ltd but till today i.e. 15/11/10, I have not recd my parcel.

When I my make a call on their no.26853100/ 26853101 these customer care executive are not even talk to me they put me on hold for the long time & their after they disconnected the call.

I wanted that my parcel should not get lost & if parcel is lost i may claim the monetary loss on the overnight Express Ltd

So, I wanted that my parcel to be delivered on its respective address as mentioned on it.
