We hired Express Packers and Movers which is a subsidary of GATI transport... One of the leading names in India for moving our household from Mumbai to Pune on 18 May.

The experience was terrible as the packing quality was poor, they got used second hand material and some how manged to pack with unskilled labour. Then they tired to get a open truck from the market despite promising a company owned container. We resisted and hence they some how managed to hire a container from Best Packers and Movers. Once in Pune, they mercilessly unloaded our goods and broke a beautiful showcase. Then they denied to unpack the goods. Ultimately, we TIP their supervisor for completing the work on a 'personal' basis. Now no one is attending our calls for the insurance claims.

The key contact is Ajay Chaudhary and Rajiv Ranjan. Both are irresponsible and habitual liars.

While I do not expect much to change, all my friends reading this are cautioned not to ever use these Packers and Movers.
