Pantaloon Retail India Ltd's, Big Bazaar has given a naya kharido and purana exchange karo offer valid till March 21 in which in the advertisements it is clearly mentioned that you exchange any old items like footwear, clothes etc.

But to my surprise when i went with all my old footwear which was huge, they only sorted out leather items from it and handed over a coupon worth 80 Rs only and the remaining footwear was thrown off.

When i enquired about this the authorities justified that only leather footwear is exchanged but i asked it was not mentioned anywhere, they gave some stupid answers.

So this kind of cheating is done by Pantaloon Retail India Ltd's, Big Bazaar authorities with normal customers who are swayed by the Delightful offers but are all fake.
