We had taken membership of a Blue Studio in Feb and paid Rs. 15564 (Rupees fifteen thousand five hundred and sixty four only) towards the initial payment. Subsequently some of the terms of the special offers that were verbally conveyed to us at the time of registration were not honored by MHRIL, namely the following:
The holiday offer which include membership of RCI costing 90000/ free of cost but now they are telling that this member ship is only for two year only it must be renew every year after depositing the amount costing 6700/with club Mahindra ASF This had left us feeling cheated, with the belief that Club Mahindra does not honour the commitments made at the time of booking membership, and secures members under false pretences. We therefore requested MHRIL on March 1 to cancel our membership and give us a full refund immediately. My Memdership No 1677702
