Misbehave by the booking operator of the Gas Agency

My name is Nitin Kumar (connection no - 7504). Parwan Gas Agency rohta road meerut (U.P) (Indane gas) booked my gas on 17-03 and they delivered my gas on 06-04. this is a very long time around 20 days when I went their on 11-04 they treated me like nothing and not booked my gas. they said come after 21 days after delivery date. it's mean we will get gas cylinder once in two months but government says we will provide you once in a months. I was very embarrassed when I told them I will complaint against you they said "do whatever you want to do call our seniors and go away". I just want to know which kind of system and services is this? what is the delivery period? is there nobody who can order them for good services? they are doing what they want.
