Dishonour of warantee

we wish to modify our earlier complaint..

our house at 18, CH AREA, jamshedpur was surveyed by the technical expert of the M/s pidilite industries ltd . they suggested certain treatment on the affected surfaces with their products from M/s Ahoka Enterprises, the authorised dealer of their products at jamshedpur. The work was executed by their authorised applicator. After completion of the work in Nov they gave us a written warantee for the performance of their service. In june/ july After six months in of the work completed the house developed leakage problem.we lodged a complaint and they took some action but the proiblem remained as it was. Again in june/ july we had the same problem and requsted them to do the needful. oSince then we have been requesting them to take corrective action. they are yet top take any conspicuous action..they have investigated the matter and confirmed that ther are leakage problems in the said house. The amount involved is around 1.00lakh.
