OXIGENPMR - Recharged amount not received

Sir, I made the payment of rupees 222 2time through my ICICI Bank mobile banking on 01 October to recharge on Air tel Hyderabad 8978719994. For the first time I got message (error: Please try again) after that i tried and i got the recharge amount to 8978719994. But when i checked my bank account statement
I saw two different transaction were made Rs222/- was debited twice in my a/c. Please refund my money back.
