PRoblem in new product

Hi

I have purchased a water geyser on 4th dec & installed on 10th dec. At the time of installation it was observed that water storage is not proper in tank & same informed to dealer at the same time but he told no issue you should install & use it. After installation same problem is there, i am not able to get hot water even indicator for thermostat is als not working. I have registered our complaint at customer service as well as dealer but no response till time.

I have purchased a new water geyser & facing the issue from very 1st day. Apart that not getting any response from anyone.
