Refund of the cancelled orde

I placed an order on Timtara.com (Online Shopping Portal) with following details:

Order No:10145425

Transaction Id : 10067331

Order Date: 13th Dec 03:24 pm

Payment Mode: Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking

I asked them to cancel the order and send the amount for refund but, as according to their shipping policy they cancel once they receive the order back in proper condition. So, I waited and it took some delays with several mails but they received the product on 27th Dec.

After more mails exchanged, finally they sent the amount to be refunded back to the account on 29th Dec.

But, till today, I have not received the amount. I have also registered a complaint on their website with complaint no. '16653'.

They do not pick up phones mentioned in the website and nor they reply to your mails.

Please help me to get my money refunded back to my account.
