Wrong bill and disconnect the line many times

21/12.In this no.9937008576 i prakash kumar debata take new airtel connection but many times it will be disconnect so i can't pay the the bill, i am not happy with the service.today how could i give the bill at this type of service.today my number is invalid.please solve the problem and close the number.
