Automatic deduction balance from account

Dear sir,

i am a customer of airtel mobile service provider for the last 5 years. but surprisingly on 20th December Rs54.50 was deducted from my main account balance and no custemer care executive was able clarify the reason till now. airtel is known for its good quality of service on every aspect and this incident really hamper its image. my complaint no is 1220695367 and want the solution as soon as possible.
