Hi,

Airtel outlets are useless for catering customers. why we visit the outlets in person instead of speaking with customer care so that query should be resolved face to face but what the people sitting there do they dial the customer care no. and tell us to talk with them when we talk with customer care they always say system is down and if we tell to transfer the call to floor manager they cut the call.

We had stopped using the connection in Dec’09 also filled the forms and they told us that final settlement is Rs 800 and some change we paid that.

Still I got bill of Rs 4000 in Jan’10 and they are harassing us like anything.

Also in the outlet we saw 7 to 8 customer shouting for bad service.

One had come for roaming service problem as he is from MP and has roaming service problem in Bangalore those people are telling to him go to MP and call customer care as they cant help.

Another person cheque is lost from airtel drop box he has 5 connections and said he will cancel all connection.

When we asked for Branch Manager they said she has gone for lunch, when she will come means they said don’t know and might not come later they are saying she is on leave.
