Non receipt of promised gift

I had made some purchases worth Rs from music world retail ltd, Chandigarh on 01.1.10 vide bill no 114454.on the purchase of the goods I was issued a scratch card vide which I was entitled to a reebok bottle.i had sent you the original completely filled claim form along with the original invoice vide which the goods were purchased by me.the scratch card was also sent by me. these documents were sent by me through Trackon Couriers pvt ltd on 04.01.10. these documents were delivered to you on 05.01.10 with signatures.

Till date I have not received any promised gift. Please expediate the process & send me the promised gift.
