Poor showroom service

Hi,

This has been a very sad note to write this mail by a very dis-satisfied to-be costumer for Globally recognized Company like Hero-Honda Motors.

I was interested in Hero-Honda Karizma, for which I extracted showroom’s address through URL of Hero Honda.

Firstly, the Chemboor’s address mentioned in that doesn't exists any more (Site not updated perhaps). I went through the numbers of other address, hopefully got connected on phone with the Showroom situated in Andheri. M/s Creative Motors Pvt Ltd, ”SHIRAZ”, Telly Park Road, Andheri (EAST), Mumbai. I called up to the numbers mentioned and received the response that Karizma is available, I can come.

I went from my Chandivali office in my office hours to the Showroom, and the first response I got there as I stepped in mentioning Karizma was “We do not keep Karizma at our showroom”.

Then I asked them that I wanted a test ride for the bike where I got a very weird response that we don’t have a bike in our showroom, how can we give u a test ride?

Looking this response, I didn't had a confidence to ask that as why I was told so on phone then, why the wrong information was conveyed then.

Then they discouraged me to take Karizma because they told me that it will take at least 2 months to come as it is an IRREGULAR BIKE.Perhaps I didn't get as what did they mean with Irregular Bike?

Then I asked them to tell me the solution of getting it earlier then that as I am in need before that….. for this the answer I got was We cant help it, and for everything I even got a response that we are the authorized dealer. I don’t know what does an Authorized dealer mean in their language when those guys didn't even had a Brochure of a specified bike for which I even carried a Cheque today for complete Payment! As I was in great need of bike without compromising with power, company and cost!

The representative available while speaking with me got a call from somewhere, where he kept on talking for 20 minutes leaving two of us stranded as if we are the ones who have to satisfy the needs of the person in front!

I left showroom in the situation that I cant even mention as compared to the excitement I had when I entered inside.

After this I went to Bajaj Showroom for Pulsar 180 or 200, where they asked me 7 days after booking. I told them that I need that before for which one of their representative called someone and gave me a solution that they’ll help me out by bringing a bike from Pune Showroom as there they have one unit available.

I recognize Hero-Honda from the days when my father had CD-100.But the response today I got from one of the authorized showroom of World’s most favored Automobile company, I didn't had any option but to go for another manufacturer’s bike.

This incident rendered me so help less that I as Tech-Mahindra employee want to write this incident on my company’s portal asking them to go for any manufacturer’s bike other then Hero-Honda. There are 60, 000 employees in Tech Mahindra itself, so you can understand as what a feed back can do amongst IT youths plus the feedback they will give to other IT friends working in different organizations.

I am not happy to write this E-Mail to you but I personally request you to possibly find a solution and get back to me as soon as possible.

I still have a huge respect for the organization like Hero-Honda where I am still hoping a solution from your side.

Help me out to make Hero-Honda to be at the Top-most level most favored Organization.
