Deducting money without reason

Respected sir,

I am having one airtel mobile ph connection. In DEC they activated some message service which i didnt say them to start it not even reply them through message as to start it and they deducted 18 rps balance from my account. On 9th JAN they are saying that I activated radio song service which I didnt started and again they deduct 10 rps from my account.

They are not even listening to our complain and not refunding any amount. Please help me to find out t he solution from this. You can contact me on below email address.
