Alance deduction without my subscription to the said service

I m Bhupender Singh from Delhi-92 i have complain against costumer executive they activated hello tunes on my number without my confirmation.

i received a message from 6780 at 10:50am approx. on 25/02 saying your hello tune has been changed to "kya karna hai kya karte hain" absolutely free.

after a second or so, i received another message from Al Hello Tunes saying "you have been charged Rs 15 for 10 days for Hellotune Service ". I have never subscribed for such service with airtel

after that i called to call center they were nt able to solve my problum.. so i m nt happy to customer service of airtel.this is my nubs 919717828044.
