Phone lines not working

My telephone landline along with internet is not working since last 1 month, I have been logging in complaints for the same on daily basis and what I get is a new complaint number along with the closure date every time. I have been facing this problem since 17th August but still I am withour any resolution, I have requested multiple times a call back from the customer relation department but no body is bothered to call me for the same. I need assistance in closure of this I have called every time from mobile and every call was used to last for atleast 15 min, I need refund of the same as well.
